Please contact me right away if anything arrives damaged or if you are not completely satisfied with an item.  All returns must be in new, unused condition and in it's original packaging within 10 days of delivery.  Return shipping must include insurance for cost of items while in transit.

I use United States Postal Service for all shipments, carefully wrapped, insured and with delivery confirmation.  I will ship within the week an order places unless you specify that you need this rushed.

Please let me know if your shipping address will be different from your billing address.
